As contract signings go, this one was relatively uneventful as the combatants for the RAW Women’s Title at MITB met face-to-face.

Stephanie McMahon tried to poke both Ronda Rousey and Nia Jax into some kind of attack on the other – suggesting Ronda didn’t deserve a title shot, and that Jax was only using Rousey to make a name for herself.

Eventually it was Jax who bit, saying she was indeed looking for a headline win over The Baddest Woman on the Planet.

Never one to take a backward step Rousey acknowledge that there were superstars more deserving of a title shot, but nevertheless she intended to take her opportunity – and Jax’s arm.
