The Ultimate Fighter finale: Stars come face-to-face in front of the media

Now, these are usually terse, tense affairs but it has to be said the Ultimate Fighter competitors seemed all a bit too nice.

There was little pushing and shoving, few barbs and no real need for security as all fighters remained composed and calm throughout.

For some it will be seen as disappointing, others will see the respect shown between all parties as encouraging.

Either way, you can be sure that when the fighters come to face-off in the octagon for the real thing, there will be no love loss.
