Derek Brunson has reignited the mind games with next opponent Robert Whittaker, who he will face in the main event at Fight Night Melbourne on November 26, saying; “I finish fights.”

Brunson brags about his five wins and four first round finishes in a row and delivers a strong message for Whittaker, before the middleweight bout gets underway.

“Some people will like to debate about who has power, who doesn’t, but as far as I’m concerned, when you go into a fight, both guys are looking to knock each other out,” said Brunson.

“Robert Whittaker is a dangerous striker you know, he looks to come out there and go forward and put punches on guys.”

Brunson also said he was very motivated and focused for this fight and that it is a big opportunity for him before guaranteeing “Whittaker is in for a bad night, and a quick night.”
