Ferland Mendy was officially unveiled as a Real Madrid player at the Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday after completing a transfer from Olympique Lyon.

Real signed the 24-year-old full-back, who has made three appearances for France, last Wednesday for a fee that could rise to £49 million.

Mendy is the latest summer signing for head coach Zinedine Zidane, with Eden Hazard, Luka Jovic and Eder Militao having already moved to the Bernabeu.

The newcomers have also been joined by 18-year-old Brazilian striker Rodrygo, who was unveiled by Real on Tuesday.
