Rafael Nadal said “I never thought at the age of 33 and a half I would have this trophy on my hands again” after receiving the trophy of Year-end world number one.

Nadal defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-7 (4), 6-4, 7-5 to remain as number one for fifth time on his career.

At 33, Nadal is the oldest man to finish the year as No. 1.
