It looks like Mohamed Elshorbagy’s long season finally caught up with him as the World No 1 was knocked out of the PSA World Series Finals by eighth seed Cameron Pilley.

The Australian needed just two sets to beat the Egyptian and is in the form of his life.

“I made a conscious decision to try and cut the unforced errors out and I did that very well today,” Pilley told reporters after his win.

“It feels really good to plan on that court, I just feel at home.”
