Egyptian Raneem El Welily continued her rich vein of form at the PSA Dubai World Series Finals by beating Omenya Abdel Kawy 2-0.

El Welily now enters the semi-finals and was pleased with her progress given the quality of the field in UAE.

“All matches here are very tough here so I’m very happy to be through,” El Welily told Sport360. “I really wanted to come and play my best and so far it’s going ok.”

“I’m so happy my fans have come to support me. I hope you still come tomorrow and please keep cheering for me!”
