John Larkins, founder of Middle East Touch tells us why they’re running community programmes to help people from all ages get active.

Organised by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the first-ever Abu Dhabi Sports Festival focuses on promoting a healthy lifestyle through ‘sport and active fitness’.

It is running at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Centre (ADNEC) from June 9 to August 5 2016.
