Watch: Zinedine Zidane happy with Real Madrid’s 5-0 win but insists it’s not their best

Zinedine Zidane is adamant that Real Madrid’s dominating 5-0 win over bottom club Leganes was not their best.

Los Blancos move into second place in La Liga with that result, a point behind arch rivals Barcelona.

Real led 2-0 after just eight minutes through Rodrygo and Toni Kroos and a Sergio Ramos penalty made it 3-0 at the break.

Karim Benzema scored Real’s fourth from the spot on 69 minutes and Luka Jovic came off the bench to complete the rout in stoppage time.

“We need to be happy but as I said, everyone can have their opinions. People might think it was our best game. I don’t think so,” Zidane said.
