Real Madrid stars receive a warm welcome as they arrive in Japan ahead of FIFA Club World Cup

And Los Blancos’ anticipated arrival caused quite a stir among their Japanese supporters.

Club legend Cristiano Ronaldo and the rest of Zinedine Zidane’s team were greeted by thousands of fans as they made their way to their hotel.

With the mid-season winter break meaning La Liga duty is now over for Real until January 7th, the Whites will be seeking to win the trophy for a second time having also triumphed in 2014.

Having arrived on Monday morning – Real Madrid wasted no time taking to the pitch, with a training session scheduled for later in the day.
