Paris Saint-Germain defender Thomas Meunier and head coach Thomas Tuchel looked ahead to their side’s French Ligue 1 match with Stade Reims, which takes place at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday.

Neymar scored an 87th-minute winner to give PSG a 1-0 win at Lyon last time out – it marked a fourth straight league victory for Tuchel’s side, who sit top on 15 points after six games, three ahead of Angers and Nice.

The Brazil international was targeted by objects thrown from the stands – seemingly paper rolled into balls – whenever he took a corner kick in the second-half.

Neymar had been booed by his own fans during the league match with Strasbourg on 14th September, having been heavily linked with a return to Barcelona during the transfer window, and Meunier said that course of action “isn’t the solution”.

Watch Meunier share his thoughts above.
