Citroen driver Esapekka Lappi secured his leading position on the second day of Rally Turkey with three more stages to go on Saturday.

Six-time world champion Sebastien Ogier remains second, but the gap to Lappi has grown to more than 10 seconds; Andreas Mikkelsen is third almost a minute further back.

Championship leader Ott Tanak lost five minutes due to a technical problem.
