Former Spain, Barcelona and Atletico Madrid star David Villa has spoken to SNTV about Spain’s past and future.

Villa announced his retirement at the end of the season in Japan.

The 37-year-old will lead a new US franchise, Queensboro FC, in New York as part of an investment group.

The ex-Barcelona player claimed 98 caps for Spain, scoring a record 59 goals, and won Euro 2008 and the World Cup in 2010.

Villa was speaking at the launch of the Booking.com Stadium Suite, announcing that football fans have the chance to win the Ultimate Overnight Football Experience, where one lucky winner and their guest can win a stay at Wembley Stadium on the night of the semi-final of Euro 2020.
