The West Indies team arrived at Dubai Sports City’s ICC Academy for a second day of training on Saturday. The World T20I Champions are in the UAE to play Pakistan in Three Tests, Three ODIs and Three T20Is.

Carlos Brathwaite and his side chose to come in to the UAE earlier than the Pakistan team in order to acclimatize and get used to local conditions.

The players opened Day 2 of training at 10 am with a variety of fielding drills on one of two ovals at the ICC Academy, followed by a couple of hours in the nets.

ODI Captain Jason Holder had a word with the media soon afterwards. The key to performing well here according to Holder is for his players to get used to local conditions.
