And on Saturday, event headliner – Instagram and ‘Lean in 15’ sensation Joe Wicks (a.k.a The Body Coach) – will be delighting fans in the city with inspirational live talks, interactive cooking demonstrations and High Intensity Interval Training sessions at the event’s new ‘Healthy Living Show’ from 1pm.
