Taking place on 25 March at JBR Beach, ‘The Armour Challenge’ event will see up to 500 athletes take on eight gruelling boot camp drills.
To qualify for this event, participants will engage a fitness test, made up of three drills, in a bid to place on an interactive leader board (see below explanation of the tests). ‘The Armour Challenge’ testing period will start on 14 February 2016 and run until mid-March 2016 at a selection of gyms across the UAE. Participants can also do the tests at home.
Explanation
One test, made up of 3 drills, with each drill starting immediately after the next.

Your score will be the total number of repetitions achieved in the second minute.
