VIDEO: Yaya Toure backs FIFA plans to monitor racism in Russia World Cup qualifiers

Ivory Coast and Manchester City central midfielder Yaya Touré supports Fifa's new system of match observers who will monitor incidents of racism and discrimination at World Cup qualifiers in the build-up to the 2018 tournament in Russia.

Former World Cup referee Howard Webb and Fifa's head of social responsibility, Federico Addiechi, who are both members of the Fifa taskforce, also back the project.
