Diego Maradona unleashed a new dance move on the world on Saturday after overseeing his first win in charge of Argentine side Gimnasia.

After three-straight defeats since taking charge last month, the 58-year-old was clearly in the mood to celebrate.

A quiet ‘well done’ would never be Maradona’s style and much to the delight of his team, Maradona danced and wiggled his hips in his very own version of ‘twerking’ – his knees apparently fully recovered from surgery in the summer.

The 4-2 win away to Godoy Cruz lifted Gimnasia off the bottom of the Superliga table.
