Marko Arnautovic was officially unveiled by the Chinese Super League champions Shanghai SIPG at their home ground Shanghai Stadium on Thursday.

The Austria forward will wear the number seven shirt left by Wu Lei, who joined La Liga side Espanyol in January 2019.

Brazilians Oscar and Hulk will be among Arnautovic’s team-mates at the club coached by Vitor Pereira.

Shanghai SIPG are currently in third place in the CSL, behind Beijing Guoan and Guangzhou Evergrande.

Arnautovic sealed his controversial move for £23 million fee, with a reported £280,000-a-week salary.

The 30-year-old forward scored 22 goals in 65 appearances for West Ham United.
