Cameroon head coach Clarence Seedorf spoke ahead of their 2019 AFCON Group F clash with Ghana in Ismailya, Egypt.

Defending champions Cameroon triumphed in the African Cup of Nations five times, while Ghana are four-time winners, but haven’t claimed the title since 1982 with three finals lost in 1992, 2010 and 2015.

Cameroon started their AFCON campaign with a 2-0 win over Guinea-Bissau with goals from Banana Yaya and Stephane Bahoken.

Ghana, on the other hand, were held to a 2-2 draw by Benin with brothers Andre and Jordan Ayew scoring for Appiah’s side while Adana Demirspor forward Mickael Pote found the net twice for Benin.
