Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been under some pressure after what has been a dismal campaign so far in the Premier League. The Norwegian has had his share of critics over the season with former Manchester United and Arsenal striker Robin van Persie being among them.

The Dutchman had criticised Solskjaer’s demeanor after Man United’s 0-2 defeat to Arsenal and said that the manager should have smiled less and have shown more anger after such a display from his side.

Solskjaer didn’t take too kindly to van Persie’s comments and suggested that the Dutchman had no right to criticise his management style.

The Norwegian now faces another big test on Tuesday when his side take on rivals Manchester City in the first-leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final at Old Trafford.

See what City boss Pep Guardiola had to say about Solskjaer’s management style ahead of the game, in the video posted above.
