John Stones has endured a difficult debut season with Manchester City, but he seemed in good spirits as he got together with our friends at Copa90 to play FIFA 17 and answered some questions from fans.

Unsurprisingly, Stones picked Manchester City as his team, while Copa90’s Vuj went with AS Roma, and off they went.

In the midst of the FIFA fun, Stones revealed that Gael Clichy is the resident DJ in the Etihad Stadium locker room, with the defender possessing a diverse taste in music that keeps everyone happy. Clichy has in fact previously said he may even become a DJ when he retires from football.

Celtic Park is the away stadium where Stones has experienced the best atmosphere. The defender came on during the latter stages of the thrilling 3-3 draw between Celtic and City in the group stages of this year’s Champions League, and Stones says he vividly recalls how one end of the stadium was constantly bouncing throughout the match.

But Stones’ best experience as a football player came not at Celtic Park but at his home stadium, the night Manchester City pulled off a 3-1 win over Barcelona.

“We were over the moon,” Stones said about the stunning victory. “As a footballer, you remember those sorts of nights. After the game, everyone’s jumping in the dressing room, the music’s bouncing.”

Stones shocked everyone by saying Raheem Sterling is the team’s ultimate wind-up artist, and also revealed that his perfect haircut is down to the efforts of “Cutthroat Pete”, his barber.
