This morning, Barcelona have the advantage in their last-16 Champions League tie against Arsenal after Messi fired them into a 2-0 first-leg lead at the Emirates.

Arsenal did well to keep Barcelona at bay but on 71 minutes, Messi finally found the breakthrough. He added a second from the spot seven minutes from time.

It means Arsenal have it all to do at Camp Nou in the second leg, three weeks from now.

In the other Champions League game of the night, Juventus fought from being two goals down to level with Bayern Munich.

Stan Wawrinka is through to the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships, although he came close to crashing out of the tournament.

At one point in the third set, the Swiss world number four was just two points away from losing his opening game to Stakhovsky but instead found enough to get the win.

Islamabad United have been crowned the Pakistan Super League champions after beating Quetta Gladiators.

In front of a packed out crowd at the Dubai International Stadium, it was Brad Haddin and Dwayne Smith who led the charge as Islamabad quickly chased down Quetta’s 174-4.

Finally, Novak Djokovic has been spotted trying his hand at some belly dancing, well we think that is what it is, it could be his new pre-match warm up routine.
