Cristiano Ronaldo and LeBron James top Forbes’ highest paid athletes list of 2017

Cristiano Ronaldo remained top of the 100 highest-paid athletes compiled by Forbes.

The Real Madrid star is estimated to have earned $93 million between his salary and endorsement income this year.

It’s the second straight year the Portuguese international has topped the list, that includes LeBron James ($86.2 million), Lionel Messi ($80 million) and Roger Federer ($64 million).

James is one of 32 NBA players who made the top 100 this year.
