It may not be accurate numbers from drivers’ current contracts, but the compilation is a fair assessment on what this year’s grid will earn from their respective teams.
There are no real surprises at the top of the list with Kimi Raikkonen, Lewis Hamilton and Sebastian Vettel taking in a staggering €120 million (AED 546m) per year between them.
Further down the list there are some interesting figures, with some newer drivers earning more money than you’d imagine.
Lance Stroll, for example, makes €1.5 million per year after only one season with Williams, in comparison to Carlos Sainz and Marcus Ericsson and have more Formula One experience than the Canadian.
