A look back at John Terry’s trophy haul as Chelsea captain

John Terry captained Chelsea to a fifth Premier League title this season and has the chance to win further silverware before he leaves Stamford Bridge in the summer.

Terry has led the club through their most successful period and become the most decorated captain in the modern era in English football.

The 36-year-old will hope to sign off from Chelsea with a 16th major honour at Wembley when Antonio Conte’s men take on Arsenal in the FA Cup final on May 27.

Here, we take a look at the trophies Terry has won since he was made skipper in 2004.
