Much has been said about Chelsea’s policy of signing young players in bulk only to instantly loan them out.
Some have spent the duration of their contracts on loan, never playing for the club while others have barely made an appearance despite having signed years ago.
Lucas Piazon for example has only made one appearance since signing for Chelsea in 2012, turning out for Malaga, Vitesse, Eintracht Frankfurt, Reading and Fulham.
Meanwhile, Thorgan Hazard also signed for the club in the same year and was sold to Borussia Monchengladbach in 2015 without ever having played for the Blues.
Chelsea have a massive 38 players out on loan this season and with the first team destined for a Premier League title this season and in the final of the FA Cup as well, those players will be yearning for a chance in the first team to partake in the silverware headed their way.
However, there could still be 13 Chelsea loanees with winners medals around their necks at the end of this season.
In fact, Juan Cuadrado could even win the treble with Juventus!
