REPORTS: The Undertaker delaying surgery until after retirement

Wrestlezone

10:13 26/01/2017

According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, The Undertaker is in need of full hip replacement surgery, however he is trying to put it off until he officially retires from in-ring competition.

Undertaker will be working his first match since having hip surgery last year when he competes in the WWE Royal Rumble match next Monday morning [UAE time].

It is yet to be seen whether this year’s WrestleMania will be the end of Undertaker’s career but a stellar final bout has been touted for The Deadman in recent months.

News of his reported need for extensive hip surgery may well hasten the legendary figure’s exit from wrestling, despite Undertaker saying on his return to SmackDown late last year that he would no longer be defined by WrestleMania, hinting at a full-time return to the WWE.

Do you think Taker will wrestle beyond this year’s WrestleMania or do you think it’s time he hangs up his hat?
