This is Paige’s second violation of the company’s talent wellness policy, having only recently returned from a 30-day suspension after missing a wellness test.

It was reported late last week that Paige was out of action due to a neck injury.

Reports were suggesting that she was nearing a return before injuring her neck and she Tweeted on September 29th that she was going to opt for neck surgery.
