Budding tennis stars from across the region will be given the opportunity to play their way into a once-in-a-lifetime coaching session with one of the stars of the Mubadala World Tennis Championship as registration for the Mubadala Community Cup officially opens.

The community tournament, designed to give amateur players their first taste of competitive play, attracts players of all ages as they vie for a chance to hit against the heroes of MWTC, which runs from December 29-31 at Zayed Sports City.

Registration is now open at www.mubadalawtc.com ahead of the first rounds, which will kick off on October 22 in Dubai and November 4 in Abu Dhabi.

Firmly established as one of the region’s largest amateur tennis tournaments, the Mubadala Community Cup is open to players eight and above and comprises categories ranging from Under 10’s to Adults Mixed Doubles.

Players at each event will compete in their age category to secure one of only 60 spots at exclusive coaching clinics with tennis legends – and with Andy Murray and Milos Raonic both confirmed to play this year, winners will be in for a real treat.

With two of the six stars already confirmed, the competition is sure to provide fans with entertainment both on and off the court.

Tickets to the Mubadala World Tennis Championship start from AED 50 for Category 2 seating. Exclusive premier hospitality packages are also available including food and limited beverages, star player meet and greets and courtside seating.
