Tennis legend Roger Federer set to compete for UAE Royals in International Premier Tennis League

17-time Grand Slam champion Roger Federer will compete for the UAE Royals this year in Dubai, New Delhi and Singapore, three of the five venues that will host the second edition of the Coca-Cola International Premier Tennis League (IPTL).

The World No.3 will join fellow UAE Royals Marin Cilic, Tomas Berdych, Ana Ivanovic, Kristina Mladenovic, Daniel Nestor and Goran Ivanisevic to compete against four other teams that comprise of the best men and women tennis players in the world.

Federer will showcase his talent for the UAE Royals in India on December 12, United Arab Emirates on December 15 and 16 and in Singapore on December 18, 2015.

“I am extremely pleased to be playing for the UAE Royals in Dubai, New Delhi and Singapore,” said the seven-time Wimbledon winner.

“The atmosphere created by fans in these cities is both warm and electrifying, adding another level of motivation for me personally when I compete against the best in the world at these venues.”
