It’s the 10th edition of the brand’s most popular triathlon shoe and there are a number of updated features.

The first thing that will draw your attention are the eyecatching colours of blue, orange, green and yellow, that makes the shoes stand out from the rest. And the design is also unique. The product is aimed for triathletes, with the words ‘swim, run and bike’ printed in fancy font around each shoe.

Most importantly, it’s very light and although it may feel uncomfortable when first trying on, those concerns will soon disappear.

An impressive feature is the ventilation on the top of the shoe. Whether you’re training in the morning, afternoon or evening, there will be plenty of ventilation that will keep your feet cool, whether you’re wearing socks or not.

The inside of the shoe is soft and comfortable thanks to the improved ultra-light SoLyte Midsole. The soft landing on the ground is a big plus and this is helped by the rear and forefoot cushioning which offers outstanding protection for a smooth effect, making good use of the mid-sole’s siliconbased gel.

With comfortability from heel to toe, it makes cycling even more easier for greater stride efficiency, smoother transitions and reduced fatigue. And for better durability, Asics have improved on their AHAR + Wetgrip Outsole, meaning maximum friction on slippery surfaces.

On top of that, the footwear is fitted with elastic laces, allowing athletes to slip the shoes quickly and making it easy for transitions.

WHERE TO BUY: Asics stores, Go Sports, Modell’s and Intersports in the UAE.

PRICE: Dh625
