We are a little over two weeks away from one of the leading global sports conferences returning to Dubai.

iSportConnect is an exclusive event, with some of the leading names and minds from across world sport sharing insights, experience and vision.

Last year there was on outstanding line-up, and December’s event is no exception.

Following the success of both the Cricket World Cup and Rugby World Cup this year, the 2019 Dubai event will feature the chief executives of the world governing bodies of both of those tournaments. Representing the International Cricket Council is chief executive officer Manu Sawhney, and speaking on

behalf of World Rugby is CEO Brett Gosper.

One of the hottest topics in world sport at the moment is the explosion of esports – and iSportConnect
will certainly have this covered.

Christian Volk, director of eFootball and gaming at FIFA, will be one of the special guests at the event sharing his experiences on this
ever-expanding sector of the industry.

This year’s panel will be discussing a number of topics at the upcoming summit, including fan engagement in a global market, esports and the new opportunities, the evolution of partnerships and shaping the future of sports.

The four panel discussions are shaping up to be fascinating.

Discussions in the morning will include building communities of fans in our global, digital age and the host of new opportunities the
esports world is bringing to us.

Later in the day topics will include the long-term strategies of sports organisations in a rapidly changing landscape, along with how partnerships have evolved and will continue to do so.

The event will also provide designated networking sessions – the perfect opportunity to make new connections.

The event takes place on December 5 from 09:00-16:00. For more information visit isportconnect.com
