The Los Angeles Dodgers will face the Boston Red Sox in the MLB World Series after clinching the National League Championship.

Homers from Cody Bellinger and Yasiel Puig helped the Dodgers dismiss the Milwaukee Brewers 5-1 in the deciding seventh game.

Puig’s three-run homer in the sixth inning extended Los Angeles’s lead in a tightly-fought battle, before Chris Taylor pulled off a miracle catch in left field.

The 5-1 win that secured the 4-3 series win sends them to Fenway Park for the opening game of the World Series on Tuesday.

Los Angeles will be hoping to win their first title since 1988, while Boston are aiming for their fourth in 15 seasons.
