This month sees the first year anniversary of Al Ain’s Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium, and to mark the occasion a wide range of free activities and entertainment have been lined up this weekend  that will keep people of all ages busy.

The celebrations are underway with the stadium already played host to three friendly matches since January 15.

– #Quiz360: WIN a six-month Target Gym membership

– #360LIVE: Transfer Window – January 22

Manchester City beat Hamburg 2-0 on Wednesday, in what was the final friendly game, but the fun doesn’t stop there.

Beginning on Thursday and running through until Saturday, stadium organisers will be hosting a family festival.

Whatever your age is, there is something for everyone.

Last year’s edition was a major success with hundreds turning up to enjoy the activities.

And although this year will be of a different concept, the fun factor will be more the same.

Running from 15:00 Thursday and 14:00 Friday and Saturday, the agenda includes an array of entertainment including Arabic and English on-stage music performances.

During the afternoon, children can look forward to bouncy castles, inflatable games, face painting, henna drawing as well as witnessing a magic show, a stage juggler and arts and craft activities.

The entertainment continues in the evening with the night stage activities.

Get ready to be amazed with laser, fire and dance shows on the agenda before the DJ wraps up proceedings each evening with music.

On top of those activities and entertainment, there’s even an opportunity for photographers and video gamers to win some attractive prizes.

Before the festival draws to a close, on Saturday afternoon, people can participate in the Charity Walk around the stadium.
The organisers are keen to att-ract participants of all ages on the importance of sports and living a healthy lifestyle.

With registration open until the day of the Walk, it’s a great opportunity to get your friends and family together and be involved in the event.
