The Valencia winger, who turns 30, helped Portugal lift Euro 2016 and lit up France last summer with some stellar performances.

The former Manchester United star, who won four Premier League titles and a Champions League medal at Old Trafford, moved to the Mestalla club after the culmination of Euro 2016.

He has been a fixture in Cesare Prandelli’s side this term and looks to be settled in La Liga, having previously had a spell with Fenerbahce in Turkey and a loan stint at the club where he started his career, Sporting Lisbon, during the 2014-15 campaign.
