In 2013 at Wimbledon, after 77 years, a Brit won the tournament. Murray faced off against Novak Djokovic and beat the Serbian 3 sets in a row 6-4, 7-5, 6-4.

After turning pro in 2005 Andy Murray climbed to the top quickly and won a gold medal at the London Olympics a year before winning at Wimbledon.

The Scottish-born tennis star has consistently stayed in the top 10 of the ATP rankings over the past few years although he has not always finished tournaments with a trophy.

Murray has a terrific back hand shot, that flies cross-court to play to his control and strategy on his side of the net.
