Get on your horse and head down to Al Forsan International Sports Resort this summer to experience their range of equestrian activities.

The premier sporting destination in the nation’s capital have opened up registration for a new term of their Riding School, running 32 weeks from the end of August to May 2017.

With a fully floodlit polo field, an air conditioned indoor arena and stables, along with a massive outdoor showground, Al Forsan’s equestrian facilities are some of the best around.

No matter your skill level or how many years of experience you have in the saddle, there are plenty of activities that cater to all riders.

Riding lessons are available from the beginner level for ages five and above, up to advanced with all riders able to attend private or group lessons twice a week.

Learn from highly-experienced professional and British Horse Society (BHS) certified instructors, who will teach the basics to become a capable rider.

Supplement that course with Practical Stable Management classes, which help riders learn the fundamental of husbandry and care. More experienced students can put their skills to the test and get the most out of their talent.

There are courses that range from basic training up to international standard to master the art of show jumping.

Riding lessons are open to all abilities whether you’re experienced or a beginner.

Equestrian lovers aged five and above can also take supervised pony rides.

Ahmed Al Hammadi, director of the Al Forsan Equestrian Centre, said: “We are very excited to be welcoming new and returning students this term. As a British Horse Society certified training centre, we know that horse riding is an enjoyable hobby and sport for adults and children alike.

“Learning to control and care for an animal much larger than yourself can have a profound effect on your confidence and is a great feeling.”

Registration can be made anytime between Saturday to Thursday from 09:30 to 12:30 and 15:30 to 17:30 at the Al Forsan Equestrian Centre.
