Runners will have one last chance to take part in the Asics 12k, 8k and 4k Run Series with the fifth and final race of the season quickly approaching.

Held on Saturday, May 2 at The Track Golf Clubhouse on the private closed-off roads of Meydan, the popular event, which is organised by Super Sports Events, will be an opportunity to improve your health and fitness, as well as win prizes.

Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome, with a vast range of individual categories offered for family fun.

The junior categories in 4k will be for ages 0-8, 9-12 and 13-18, while the 8k will be for ages 18 and under. For adults, the 4k will be for ages 19-99 and the 8k will be 19-39, 40-49 and 50 and older. The 12k is open to all ages.

Following the race there will be the prize giving presentation. 

Medals will be awarded to first, second and third-place finishers in each age group. Participants will also be able to win prizes in the lucky draw.

With this being the final race of the season, the ranking points will be tallied for the entire series.

The points accumulate over the series for the overall individual ranking position.

Only the top four results of the series will be taken into consideration and runners need to have completed a minimum of three races to qualify.
