The second week of the Lebanese Expats Basketball Championship, being played in the UAE, ended with hard-fought victories for Byblos, Baalbek Tripoli and Zahle.

Byblos edged a hugely competitive match against Beirut 75-70, with Ahmad Tartoussi being named MVP of the hotly contested encounter.

Also in the second week of fixtures, Tripoli was victorious over Saida, inspired by an amazing performance by MVP Charbel Sawaya. In the third game, Zahle dominated against Tyre thanks largely to a great display by MVP Kareem Ghandour. In the last game of week two, Jamal Mneimneh was named the MVP as Baalbek recorded a win over Jounieh.

Sharp shooters: MVPs win cash prizes for their performances.

All games are played under the supervision of the Dubai Sports Council and UAE Basketball Federation. MVPs each won a 200 AED Decathlon voucher, which was presented by the following: Lebanese Celebrity Mrs. Angi Shaya, Ex Lebanese Universities National Team player Richard El Housseiny, Blogger Mr. Anthony Rahayel and founder and managing partner at All In Sports Mrs. Amanda Bloud.
