Kids across the UAE have the chance to prove themselves as the next Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo by taking part in the Global Village under-12 tournament in partnership with Kid’s Fest 2018.
Registration is now open for the event, organised by Sport360, and is open to boys and girls of all standard up to the age of 12 years old. The tournament will consist of 40 teams in a 5-a-side format, battling it out for the championship.
The competition works in a league format with the top two teams from each league qualifying for the knockout stages. Each game is 15 minutes long and to be played on artificial grass pitches at the Global Village. Boys and girls will compete in separate leagues under the same rules.
Matches will begin on the 10th February and run throughout the month, concluding with the final to be played on Saturday 24th.

All participants, coaches and staff will be given free entry passes to Global Village and VIP parking access, while the players will receive a branded kit each to take home.
