InnerFight Podcast: How to perform better in the 2018 CrossFit Open with Phil Hesketh

The CrossFit Open is a global competition open to crossfitters around the world.

It comprises of five workouts over five weeks and starts with, for example, 18.1 – identified by their year in which it takes place and workout order.

Every Thursday, a new workout is released and athletes have the chance to compete against each other and rate their scores.

The competition then extends to regional and global events in the United States.
