After becoming just the second pair of brothers in history to open the batting in a Test, Sadiq and Mushtaq Mohammad managed another rare feat seven years later on this day in 1976.

For only the second time ever, a pair of brothers scored hundreds in the same Test innings, with Sadiq smashing 103 runs and Mushtaq hitting 101 to lead Pakistan to a winning total of 473 declared over New Zealand in Hyderabad. The pair were in fine form and peppered the boundaries, with Sadiq clobbering 14 fours and Mushtaq adding another nine.

Before them, the first pair of brothers to accomplish matching centuries in the same Test innings were Greg and Ian Chappell.
