Burn off those calories from over the holiday period with Base Fitness – a new strength and conditioning program from international health and performance company, InnerFight, that will build confidence in working out and improve core strength.
Launching on January 4 2016 and led by InnerFight’s expert team of coaches, a number of whom are CrossFit Games athletes, the Base Fitness classes will develop basic CrossFit techniques.

It will focus on common core exercise movements, including squats, push-ups and related exercises, and the sessions are ideal for those who have had limited or no exposure to functional strength and conditioning in the past, as well as those who are getting into fitness for the first time or after a long break.
Classes will be capped at 12 per session to ensure complete safety and peace of mind for attendees, and the expert InnerFight coaches will ensure techniques have been properly mastered before adding intensity and volume.
Price plan
– Voucher for single class: 150 AED; two classes per week (p/w): 1,000 AED per month (p/m) with a 30 day validity; three classes p/w: 1,300 AED p/m with a 30 day validity, the three weekly Base Fitness classes (Saturday: 10am; Monday and Wednesday: 7pm) will take place at the newly purpose-fitted first floor at InnerFight HQ.
