The Urban Energy Reebok Run Club is about to kick off again on the 1st September offering running guidance for all levels, from teaching beginners the fundamentals of how to run to marathoners training for their next event or to better a previous time.

The club is a running program for anyone wanting to improve their run, regardless of previous experience. It offers unlimited running related classes of all distances, some of which includerecovery run, drills & intervals, long run, strength & conditioning and cross training.

Also included is a technique workshop which offers a foundation of the mechanics of running and serves as a useful reminder for more experienced runners to improve efficiency and reduce injury.
