The UAE Fitness Movement is a fun and friendly fitness competition where you can participate as an individual or Team, against your friends, your club members, or other active people like you from around the United Arab Emirates.

Each week you and your friends will be set a new exercise routine challenge to attempt, after successfully completing the challenge you then submitt your score (via the website) to us, and at the end of each week you'll see where your fitness is amongst others in your fitness club and those from around the UAE.

Simply by encouraging your friends and participating, you can win great health and fitness prizes or the main prize of Dhs10,000.

HOW IT WORKS
The competition will take place from Sunday 6th September to Thursday 16th October 2015, and is open to anyone above the age of 18 years and lives in the United Arab Emirates.

Every Sunday before 9AM during the competition, the exercise routine challenge will be posted online on our Workouts Page with a full video and written description of the exercise routine and movement standards. 

Individuals and pairs will then be able to practise and train before attempting the challenge at any time and as many times as they wish in the five days following to get their best score – scores MUST be submitted no later than Thursday 10pm the same week.

JUDGING
You will need an official UAE Fitness Movement judge to assess your challenge attempt, or you will need to submit a video. Click Here to see a list of nominated judges at your club.
