The office is far from the most conducive environment for maintaining health and fitness but with the du Tough Mudder challenge fast approaching, there are small alterations you can make to keep you in top shape while working.

Sitting glued to a desk all day, operating a computer for a long stretch of time is a relatively new behaviour and the repetitive nature of computerised desk work can be a major hindrance when it comes to physical fitness.

Back pain, repetitive strain injuries, obesity and many other consequences are caused by office work but fortunately we’ve got together with Volvic brand ambassador and Inner Fight GYM founder Marcus Smith to put together some simple solutions to help negate the negative side effects.

Indeed, with the world’s most challenging mud run on the horizon – du Tough Mudder returns to the UAE December 8 and 9 – ensuring your body is in peak condition comes down to the smallest details.

Marcus presents his latest helpful hint in the video below and if you want to check out his previous tips you can do so by clicking HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE.

Don’t forget, for your chance to be a part of Marcus’ Volvic Army, all you have to do is upload a picture of how many bottles of Volvic you get through in a day and hashtag #FindYourVolcano and get involved now via the Volvic Middle East Facebook and Instagram pages.
