Brand new Saucony Time Trial Run to launch at Hamdan Sports Complex in Dubai this February

Sponsored by Saucony, the shoe and running specialists, the Saucony Time Trial Run will give participants the opportunity to run a 5km or 10km race at one of the world’s largest multi-purpose facilities.

Taking place on Friday, February 24th, the first event in the series is aimed at facilitating and tracking progress with regular runs scheduled for the year. The second run in the series is already confirmed to take place at the end of April.

Priced at only AED150 per person, the event will include a post-event celebratory breakfast and an awards ceremony where everyone will receive prizes for taking part. A dedicated race village will offer a range of entertainment and leisure activities for race participants, friends and families.

Commenting on the launch, Tony Pinheiro, Brand Manager at Saucony, said: “As a running shoe specialist we take the performance of our runners seriously and sponsoring the Time Trial Run fits perfectly with our objectives and goals. The race course length has been official accredited by the IAAF-AIMS.
