Exhale Fitness, the UAE’s award-winning ladies-only Yoga and Pilates center is hosting BASI Pilates Teacher Training from February 2017.

Since October last year, Exhale studio has been granted exclusivity to host the renowned BASI Pilates teacher training certification in the UAE.

Now one of the leading pilates academies, its teacher training courses are spread out over 30 countries and 100 different host locations.

Their programmes provide a thorough grounding into the art, covering mat repertoire and the full complement of apparatus.

BASI Pilates’ ethos is based on the classical repertoire and essence of Joseph Pilates’ philosophy while supplementing it with the study of Kinesiology, contemporary scientific knowledge, and the unique methodology of the BASI Block System.

Each faculty member that teaches the method has undergone a rigorous selection process and been chosen to represent BASI due to their knowledge, passion and dedication to the work of this unique program.

BASI faculty members will be visiting the Exhale fitness studio facility at Murjan 1, Plaza Level, Jumeirah Beach Residence, Dubai, for the first teacher training session next month.

For details on the course and registration, contact the Exhale BASI coordinator Maryliz on 0507056890 or email maryliz@exhaledubai.com.
