These days we’re constantly bombarded with the latest trends in nutrition and what and how to eat. Low-carb, fat-free, superfood, organic, supplements, food additives, and so on. Making sense of the never-ending stream of often-contradictory information can get overwhelming, but luckily for those are interested in learning more about healthy eating there’s a free workshop coming up next week which can help you do just that.

The free workshop will be held at The Hundred Wellness Center in Dubai next Monday, 22nd February. Giving the talk will be Ryan Penny of The Wellness Brothers, who is a well-known clinical nutritionist, homeopathic practitioner and personal trainer based in Dubai. He’s also one half of the duo behind popular all-natural protein powder, Lean95. Having attended some of his talks before, we think this one is definitely worth attending.

The seminar will take a look at current diet and nutrition trends and hopefully teach you how to separate fact from fiction so that you can make better informed nutritional choices.
